I have used this to build all of the models in Rad Sandbox and the models I have listed for sale. It is an excellent modeler. This is a build from the source files that includes ASSIMP and support to import Direct X models. It also has dozens of updates to the internal files and several of my models added for reference and use in commercial and personal projects.
